As we continue to navigate through uncertain times due to COVID-19, the team at Ready2Nurse remain committed to providing quality care to our valuable patients. We understand that many are concerned with leaving the safety of their homes or have difficulty doing so due to chronic conditions. Ready2Nurse works closely with seniors and also with those recovering from surgery or a major event. We want to ensure that we are able to expand our services and to accommodate as many of those in need as we can during these times.
With the help of technology, we have been able to conduct telehealth visits with patients and their physicians. Telehealth visits ensure seamless and safe interaction while preserving effective communication and quality healthcare. We hope to see the future of telehealth assisting more patients. Ready2Nurse also started providing virtual health talks for our senior population. Even if you are not in need of care due to a chronic condition or injury, we still want to provide important health information and the opportunity to speak with knowledgeable clinicians. Our most recent virtual health talk was hosted by Amy Wang, founder of Ready2Nurse, and discussed high cholesterol and dietary recommendation and myth. We hope to reach many more who are interested in learning from health experts to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our next virtual health talk will be in November featuring our Rehabilitation Program Manager/Physical Therapist, Lucie McGrane, DPT. We would love for you to join! More information about the talk will be posted next month.
Until then, stay safe and healthy!
